China Kingho Group Holds an Acceptance Conference for Phase I of e-HR project

    News from China Kingho (Ge Xu) Recently, according to the Phase I schedule of e-HR, China Kingho held an acceptance conference for the product functions of Phase I project. The attendees include Li Chuanrui, director of Chairman’s Office of the Group, Wang Yanmin, general manager of HR Department, heads and business backbones from Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang Divisions, Zhang Zhenkun, general manager of Kingdee, Liu Yijun, director of the customer service department, the project director, the project manager, customer manager, etc.
    Firstly, the conference reviewed the background of e-HR project construction. Afterwards, Mr. Bi, project director of Kingdee Company, reported the progress and results of the implemented project. During the process, with unremitting efforts of project members from the two parties, they successfully achieved some basic functions, including organization, staff management and HR affairs management, and some management functions, including salary and social insurance management, employment management, training management, as well as performance management. In addition, according to the instructions from the chairman, control functions such as information management, leader selection, leader appointment and dismissal were also achieved. Furthermore, through enormous and painstaking efforts, HR departments at all levels sorted out historical data of human resources and business process, which formed united data and business rules within the group, laying a solid foundation for business normalization of human resources within the group.
    Mr. Zhang, vice general manager of Kingdee, summed up the implementation of Phase I project. Since the cooperation between Kingdee and Kingho in May 2012, after several exchange visits between top management of the two parties, they made deep discussions on resource allocation and treatment of related matters in project progress and effectively controlled the general orientation of the project. Mr. Zhang said that Kingho’s scale and industrial characteristics represents the major elements determining project complexity, according to Kingdee’s experience on e-HR development and implementation for more than a decade, however, thanks to the pragmatic and effective control of Kingho’s top management and hard work of project members, the cooperation finally ended up with rich achievements.
    At the end, Li Chuanrui, director of Chairman’s Office of the Group made a summary. He pointed out that, since its launch in May, efforts of the two parties had transformed into good results, which also trained our teams. Through the implementation of e-HR, we discovered some outstanding leaders and staff with excellent business competence and organization. He also gave us some instructions for the HR work within the group. After acceptance of Phase I project, it was required to set higher standards for HR departments. Software is a tool that should be used properly, so HR departments at all levels should strengthen their understanding and learning ability in daily work and enhance business competence and comprehensive quality, thus to make software construction and management level supplement with each other, and promote mutual improvement in a spiral way. The acceptance of Phase I project was a milestone, as well as the beginning of further utilization of information management. We hope that Kingdee would cooperate with Kingho by its rich hands-on experience over a long run, in such a way to jointly create a century Kingho.
